There is a standing joke between my husband and I that “Lunsfords” don’t use recipies. I’d like to clarify that it’s not that we don’t like to follow directions (most of the time) but we don’t like to be restricted to measurements and specific ingredients. I can only think of 1 recipie that we ALL follow each and every time; “Mama Stark’s Icing”. Even with that it seems to be a guess if it will actually ever turn out as it is supposed to.
Because of that, I don’t really have many family recipies to pass on to my daughter. So this part of my blog is devoted to my meals that have been INSPIRED by recipies as well as crafts that I have enjoyed.
